Your pipeline

Every lead, what state they are in, and what Beverly is doing about them. Ask in words, or open the board.

LiveWorking today on every Beverly account.

The pipeline is not something you have to go and maintain. It is what Beverly already knows, arranged so you can look at it. You can ask for any slice of it in plain words and get the same answer the screen would give you, because both are built from the same rules.

The states a lead moves through
StateWhat it means
NewArrived recently and has not written back yet.
ContactedBeverly has reached out and the sequence is running.
EngagedThey are writing back. This is a live conversation.
AppointmentSomething is on the calendar.
You have itBeverly has stood down and is waiting for you.
NurtureQuiet for a while, still on the long rhythm.
Opted outThey asked to stop. Grouped by the reason they gave.

Asking for a slice

  • By state, in the words above.
  • By when: today, this week, in the last thirty days.
  • By silence: quiet for two days, quiet for more than a week.
  • By side: buyers, sellers, renters.
  • By tag, in your own words: whatever you have tagged them.
  • By whether a message failed to reach them, which is the one nobody thinks to check.

Beverly always says back what was filtered on, including anything filled in for you. If you ask a vague question you get a specific answer plus the assumption it rested on, rather than a number you cannot check.

Acting on what you find

  • Open a lead and read the whole history, every message in and out.
  • See the email on a lead, replies in and reports out, beside the texts.
  • See the appointment that stands on them, when it is, and who booked it.
  • Tag them, archive them, or mark them do not contact.
  • Ask Beverly to text or email one of them. It comes back as a draft with the exact words for you to approve.
  • Hand a single conversation to a teammate with a link, without giving them a login.
One at a time, on purposeBeverly will not send one message to a group of people. If you ask, Beverly says so plainly, says nothing was sent, and offers to pull up exactly the people you meant so you can work them individually.
