What came back

Released, arrived, texted, replied, booked, opted out. Real counts, and an honest blank where there is nothing yet.

LiveWorking today on every Beverly account.

The scoreboard follows one piece of marketing from the day it went out to the appointment it produced, so you can tell the difference between a campaign that failed and a campaign that has not landed yet.

What is counted
StageWhat it means
ReleasedYou put the piece out.
ArrivedSomeone reached you through it.
TextedBeverly opened the conversation.
RepliedThey wrote back.
AppointmentIt turned into a booking.
Opted outThey asked to stop, which is worth knowing per campaign.
No fake zeroesA campaign nothing has come back from yet says there is no data yet, rather than showing six zeroes that read like a failure. The trail also survives a lead being archived, so the history does not quietly rewrite itself.
