Coaching, practice and the reviews work in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. Here is exactly which parts, because the honest answer is not all of them.
Live, with limitsWorking today, with the limits named on this page. The coaching side is genuinely trilingual, and so is the app's own interface. The class outlines are English while their workbooks and narration are in all three. This page lists it line by line because a language claim is a factual claim, and this one was overstated on this site once before.
Beverly does not translate an English answer word for word. Beverly answers in the language you are working in, adapted rather than converted, which matters because a coaching conversation that reads like a translation is not much use.

Why we list it like thisThis site once advertised trilingual training while every lesson in the library was English. That is a worse class of mistake than a broken page, because somebody signs up for a thing that does not exist and finds out on their own. The table above is checked by a test.
Beverly never guesses your languageA language is never inferred from somebody's name, their area code or their state. Beverly follows the language of the conversation, and asks when it is genuinely unclear.
Where the follow-up script is still EnglishMost of the scripted follow-up texts are written in Spanish and Vietnamese, and Beverly picks the language from what the lead wrote to you. Fourteen of them are still English, and they are the ones that quote something back: the very first text, which names where the lead came from and when they last asked, and a few that carry a date or an email address into the sentence. Those pieces are assembled in English, so translating the words around them would send a half-English text, which is worse than an honest English one. The first text is also the one place Beverly has not heard from the lead yet, so there is nothing to tell her which language to use.
Where a question you reworded stays in your wordsThe pre-appointment questionnaire ships in three languages. If you rewrite one of the questions in your own words, that question stays in the language you wrote it in rather than being swapped for our translation of a different sentence, because the translation would ask your client something you did not ask. You can supply your own wording per language, and the invitation email that carries the link is still English.
