How Get Beverly uses cookies, the choices you have, and how to exercise your privacy rights. Last updated July 2026.
We group cookies and similar technologies into two kinds:
When you first visit, you can Accept all or keep Essential only. You can change your mind anytime:
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to keep to essential cookies and to opt you out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, and we do not show the banner.
Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information for money. To exercise the opt-out of sharing, use or send the GPC signal. To exercise any other right, email us and we will respond within the timeframe your state law requires.
When you talk with Beverly as your coach, or answer her onboarding and coaching questionnaires, what you share is used for one purpose: so Beverly can coach you personally and remember where you are. It stays between you and Beverly.
We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it with other members. Our team does not browse your coaching conversations; internal tools show completion status, not your answers, and any access beyond that is limited to what is required to operate or support the product. Beverly is a business coach, not a therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor. You can have your coaching data deleted at any time by deleting your account or emailing us, and deletion removes it from Beverly’s memory.
