Transaction Assistant · Coming soon

Your transaction coordinator,
on demand.

From the executed contract to closing day, Beverly reads the contract, builds the date ladder, works the checklist, and writes every message the file needs. Beverly drafts. You approve. Nothing leaves your name until you say so.

Contract to close. Email and text. Beverly does not make phone calls, and Beverly does not send anything you have not read. Texas at launch, with a state added once its dates are verified.

What it does

The whole file,
without the busywork.

Every date, read out of your contract

Option period, financing, appraisal, title, closing: Beverly pulls the dates out of the executed contract, builds the ladder around them, and shows you the clause each one came from. You get the source, not just the date.

Docs prepped, and the follow-up written

The right forms at the right step, drafted to the right people. When something is late, Beverly writes the nudge and puts it in front of you. Every one of those is a draft, and it waits on your approval.

Everyone in the loop, in one tap

Lender, title, the other side, your client: Beverly writes the update each one needs and queues it for you. You read it, you send it. You stop being the human switchboard without handing over your voice.

The risky call always comes back to you

A repair demand, an ambiguous date, a wire instruction that changed: Beverly stops and asks instead of guessing, with the evidence attached. Escalating is the feature, not the failure.

Where Beverly stops

The border,
in plain English.

A transaction coordinator you cannot predict is worse than no coordinator at all. So here is exactly where this version ends.

Beverly does not call anyone

No calls to your client, the other agent, the lender, or title. Beverly can write out what you would say and hand it to you before you dial, and that is the whole of it.

Nothing sends itself

Every email and every text is a draft until you approve it. There is no setting that changes this, and there is no quiet background send.

No negotiating, no legal advice, no wires

Beverly does not negotiate on your behalf, does not interpret your contract as legal advice, and never confirms wire instructions. Wire details are verified person to person, every time.

The file starts at the executed contract

Prospecting, showings, and getting to the signature are the Leads side of Beverly. Transaction Assistant picks the file up once it is under contract and carries it to closing.

Deadline math is written per state. Beverly launches in Texas, on the TREC forms, and adds a state only after that state’s dates have been checked against its real contract. Beverly will tell you when your state is not one of them rather than guessing at a date.
