You cannot send one email to your whole database from Beverly. That is a decision, not a missing feature, and here is the reasoning.
We decided not to build thisA deliberate decision rather than a gap. This page says what we decided, why, and what to do instead. Bulk email was built and then removed from the product on purpose in August 2026. If you ask Beverly to message a group, Beverly tells you plainly and confirms that nothing was sent.
Every other tool in this category will happily send one email to nine thousand people. We took ours out. It is a strange thing to advertise, so it is worth explaining rather than leaving you to discover it.
Why
It is the one action that cannot be walked back. By the time anyone notices the mistake, it has arrived.
It did not fit the rest of the product. Everything else here is Beverly drafting and you approving each thing that reaches a person, and a blast is the opposite of that.
When we audited it we found two live faults nobody had noticed: a campaign could resolve to a wider audience than the operator previewed, and every message was going out with a generic greeting because the personalisation was being stripped at the last step.
What to do instead
Ask Beverly for exactly the people you meant. That part works well, and you can slice by state, timeframe, silence and side.
Work them one at a time, with Beverly drafting each message. It is slower and it is the thing that actually gets replies.
For a piece of marketing going to many people at once, run it the way you already do and tell Beverly about it, so the responses get attributed and greeted properly.
What this does not coverUnsubscribe links from anything we ever sent keep working forever. Replies to a lead, messages to a party on a file, and text conversations are all one person at a time and are untouched by this.
