Your leads, your conversations, your files and your documents are yours. Another account cannot see them, and that separation is enforced at the point data is read rather than by a filter somebody remembered to apply.
What is recorded
Every message in and out, with the time and who sent it.
Every action Beverly proposed, and what you decided about it.
Every action that was blocked, and why.
On a transaction, an activity trail you can read on the file itself.
That trail exists so nobody has to reconstruct a deal from memory six months later, and so a question like why did that go out has an answer.
Leaving
You can close your account yourself, from your settings.
Doing so removes your name, your phone number and your address, and unlinks everything that identified the account from you.
We keep the anonymised record so the product keeps learning from how the work went, and it can no longer be connected back to you.
Reports and links that were shared with your clients are on secret addresses that search engines are told not to index.
One thing we do not doWe do not tell a lead what we know about them. Nothing Beverly writes references how somebody came to be in your database, or anything about them that would make them ask how we knew it.
