Email

Beverly sends email as you, from a domain you control, one person at a time.

LiveWorking today on every Beverly account.

Email under your name has to actually arrive, which means it has to come from an address that is genuinely yours and properly set up. Beverly walks you through connecting one rather than sending on your behalf from somewhere generic that lands in spam.

Connecting a sender
Kind of addressHow it connects
Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365A sign in, where we have finished the provider setup. Where we have not, the option says so rather than failing at the last step.
Yahoo, AOL, iCloudAn app password, which Beverly walks you through. Always available.
Your own mail serverYour own settings, entered once.
A domain of your ownSelf serve. Add your domain in Settings and Beverly gives you the DNS records to add, then checks them when you ask. Where the Transaction Assistant is on, you can do both by telling Beverly in the chat. Once it is verified, the emails you approve on your files go out from it under your name, and the emails that go out on a rule you set, without you approving each one, go out from it under your team's name. One limit today: a reply to any of these emails does not reach Beverly yet.
  • One to one email to a lead, a client, or a party on a file.
  • Marketing class mail carries the identification, the postal address and the unsubscribe the law requires.
  • Bounces and complaints are recorded, and an address that fails stops being used.
  • Unsubscribe links keep working indefinitely, including on mail sent long ago.
