Classes

Real estate training you work through, with a fillable workbook and narrated audio in three languages.

Live, with limitsWorking today, with the limits named on this page. Twenty four classes are open and free to work through, each with a workbook in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. The rest of the library is listed but not yet openable, and we would rather say that here than have you find out by clicking one.

The classes are the structured half of the coaching. Where asking your coach handles the situation in front of you, a class is the thing you work through deliberately over a week.

What the library covers
AreaExamples
Getting startedNew agent mindset, the path to your first six figures, the fundamentals nobody teaches you.
Winning the listingThe listing presentation, pricing strategy, objection handling, the words that move a conversation.
Working with buyersThe buyer consultation, the discovery framework, new construction, investors.
Getting businessProspecting openers and cold calls, past clients and repeat business, referral partners.
Marketing and socialSocial content that converts, content at scale, using AI properly rather than badly.
Running the businessBusiness models, time mastery, habits and discipline, getting help, the operations behind you.

What a class is

  • A single page you work down, with a contents list and a next button.
  • A workbook underneath it with blanks you fill in. It saves as you type and you can download it.
  • Narrated audio, in the language you are working in.
  • Beverly knows what you have finished, so your coach stops prescribing a class you already did.
The workbooks open on your phoneEvery workbook opens inside the app, in your language, without sending you to a browser. Filling one in is still something you do on the web, and we would rather say that than let you find out by trying.
The lessons themselves are in EnglishThe workbooks are written in all three languages and the lesson text is not. If you read the app in Spanish or Vietnamese, the buttons and the workbook are yours and the class titles and the lesson script are still English. The titles are written in all three languages and are not switched on yet, which is a difference worth stating rather than rounding. That is a real gap, we count it rather than estimate it, and we would rather you knew before you paid than after.
Some classes are a title and a workbook, with no script yetThe library lists 649 classes and 247 of them have no lesson text behind them. The title, the place in the module and the workbook are all there, and the script is not, so those open to a heading and little else. We count that rather than estimate it, on the date at the top of this page. It is the single largest gap in the Academy and we would rather you knew before you paid than after.
What a class is notThere is no video, there are no quizzes, and there is no certificate. It is reading, listening and writing. Continuing education credit is not something we offer.

Working through a class and its workbook

What a class actually asks of you, and what you have at the end of it. Planned length: 90 seconds. We would rather leave the space marked than fill it with something staged, so this is a slot and not a video yet.
