Ask your coach

A real estate coach who has read the material, remembers your business, and is told to say so when a question is outside what it knows.

LiveWorking today on every Beverly account.

Coaching is the part of Beverly people use every day without being asked to. It is not a general purpose chatbot with a real estate hat on. Answers are pulled from a trained library of real coaching material, roughly ten thousand passages across a dozen separate bodies of work, and the passages that were used are what the answer is built on.

What is in the library
AreaWhat it covers
Running the businessStrategy, lead generation, listings, buyers, teams, mindset, productivity, benchmarks.
What to actually sayOpeners, cold calls, expired listings, for sale by owner, objection handlers, closes.
How to phrase anythingThe mechanics of persuasive wording, from a body of work about exactly that.
Coaching methodHow a good coach runs a session, asks questions and gets you to commit to something.
ContractsHow to read a form paragraph by paragraph, and what the blanks mean.
State rules and dutiesLicence law, agency and disclosure duties, kept per state.
Inspections and appraisalWhat findings mean and how valuation is actually done.
Operators talkingInterviews with people running real teams.
  • Ask about a live situation: a seller who will not price it right, a buyer who has gone quiet, a deal about to fall apart.
  • Upload a contract and walk through it paragraph by paragraph, or have Beverly guide you through filling a form one field at a time.
  • Ask in the moment, on your phone, out loud.
  • Beverly remembers your numbers, your goals and what you have already been coached on, so you are not starting over each time.
  • Free accounts get five messages a day. On the paid plan there is no daily limit at all.
About state law questionsBeverly never assumes which state you are in. With no state on your profile and none in your question, Beverly asks rather than answering with somebody else's rules, and will not cite a statute, a form number or a deadline it cannot place. Coaching is not legal advice and Beverly says so rather than letting you forget it.
When the library has nothingBeverly is built to answer out of the library and to say when the library has nothing close to your question, rather than filling the gap with something plausible. That is the behaviour we hold it to and the thing we keep testing.

A hard question, answered out loud in the car

Voice is not a gimmick here, it is how coaching gets used between appointments. Planned length: 2 minutes. We would rather leave the space marked than fill it with something staged, so this is a slot and not a video yet.
