Your plan and your numbers

What you want the year to look like, turned into the weekly activity that gets you there, checked against what you actually did.

Live, with limitsWorking today, with the limits named on this page. Live, and a free account gets a plan built. You can change an answer or start a whole new plan whenever you want, on the phone or on the website, at no cost. Nothing is deleted when you start over: the old plan moves into your history with the answers behind it.

Most agents have a goal and no arithmetic connecting it to Monday. Beverly does the arithmetic backwards from the number you want, and then keeps score.

  1. You answer some questions. A conversation rather than a form. What you want, where you are, what you have been doing.
  2. Beverly works backwards. From the number you want to the closings, the appointments, and the conversations a week that produce it.
  3. It becomes a plan with weeks in it. Week by week actions you tick off, with training from the library assigned where it fits, and never a class that does not exist.
  4. It gets checked. Beverly refers to it when you ask what you should be doing, counts the weeks you showed up, and opens the next coaching session by asking about what you committed to last time.
All of it is on your phoneThe questions, the plan, the weekly focus, the number tracker and the year. You answer it on the phone and you log a conversation on the phone thirty seconds after the call, which is where that actually happens.
Changing an answer is not starting overEditing keeps the week you are on, the streak, and every number you have logged. Starting a new plan is a separate thing, it asks first, and it tells you which week you are on before you answer. Nothing is ever deleted either way: the old plan moves into your history with the answers behind it.
The morning briefEach weekday at about 7:30 your time, or at a time you choose between 5:00 and 11:00, Beverly says good morning, names the three things that need you most (a lead who said yes with nothing booked, a lead waiting on your reply, a draft waiting on your approval, a date due today on a file, today's block on your plan), and then gives you a word from your coach: a real number when you have been crushing it, a line about your own goal when Beverly knows it, or one question worth sitting with when there is not enough known yet, and the closing line changes from day to day. It comes as a notification on your phone and as Beverly's first message in the chat. In the chat you can say stop the morning brief, turn the morning brief back on, or morning brief at 6:30 to move it, in English, Spanish or Vietnamese.
How often Beverly checks in on itYou choose: daily, weekly, monthly, or not at all. Off is a real answer and Beverly takes it. A check-in arrives in the app or on the website rather than as a text or an email, which changed in September 2026 and is the direction everything is heading.
A missed week is not a debtIf you miss a week the plan resizes around it. Nothing is carried over and nothing is owed. A plan that makes you feel behind is a plan you stop opening.
What Beverly will not put in a planNo income or commission guarantees, only activity you control. And no plan that targets people by who they are rather than where they live, which is a fair housing line the plan builder is built not to cross.
