Three jobs in one teammate: working your leads, coaching you, and running your files from contract to close. Two of them are working today.
Beverly is not a CRM and is not trying to replace the one you already pay for. Beverly is the teammate who does the work you never get to: answering the lead who came in at 11pm, sending the fourth follow-up, reading the contract line by line, and telling you which of today's ninety things actually needs you.
| Side | What it does for you | Where it stands |
|---|---|---|
| Sales Agent | Answers every new lead in seconds, qualifies them, keeps following up for weeks, and books the appointment into your week. | Live |
| Business Coach | Answers your real estate questions from a trained library, runs practice conversations, reviews your comparables, contracts and calls, and builds you a plan. | Live |
| Transaction Assistant | Reads the executed contract, proposes the dates, works the checklist, and drafts the messages the file needs. | In testing, not switched on for customer accounts |
Beverly does not negotiate on your behalf, does not give legal advice, does not commit you to anything, and does not send a message you have not read. Beverly also does not send one message to a list of people. That last one is a decision rather than a gap, and it has its own page.
One lead arrives, gets answered, gets qualified and gets booked, with the agent doing nothing but approving. Planned length: 3 minutes. We would rather leave the space marked than fill it with something staged, so this is a slot and not a video yet.
