One conversation is the front door. You ask in plain words, and the answer comes back as something you can act on without leaving the chat.
You do not learn a menu. You type, or you talk, and Beverly works out what you meant. The answer arrives as something you can use: a list you can open, a draft you can approve, a card you can act on. The rest of the app exists so you can look at something in detail, not because the chat sends you there.
| Ask Beverly something like this | What comes back |
|---|---|
| What needs my attention today? | A short read of what is waiting, ordered by what breaks first. |
| How many new leads came in this week, and how many have not replied? | The count and the names, filtered the way you asked, with Beverly restating what was filtered on. |
| What needs my approval? | The waiting items, with approve, edit and reject on the card itself. |
| Show me the leads who went quiet for more than three days. | The list, built from the same rules the leads screen uses, so the two cannot disagree. |
| Text Maria back and tell her I can do Thursday. | A draft, in your voice, for you to approve or edit. Never a message that has already gone. |
| What did you do while I was away? | A plain summary of what ran on its own and what it changed. |
| What is my balance, and what used it up this month? | Your credits and what drew on them. |
| How do I handle a seller who wants to overprice? | A coaching answer, grounded in the trained library rather than invented. |
You do not have to learn the phrasing, because the conversation is not a command line. Planned length: 90 seconds. We would rather leave the space marked than fill it with something staged, so this is a slot and not a video yet.
