Follow-up that does not stop

Most leads do not answer the first time. Beverly keeps going for weeks, on a rhythm that fits what they are, and stops the second it should.

LiveWorking today on every Beverly account.

The reason leads go cold is not that agents do not care. It is that the sixth follow-up on a Tuesday three weeks later is the one nobody sends. Beverly sends it.

  • A typical buyer sequence runs about three weeks, with messages on the first, second, third, fifth, seventh, tenth, fourteenth and twenty first days.
  • The rhythm fits the lead. A seller who asked what their home is worth is on a different one from a buyer asking about a single listing, and an expired listing is different again.
  • Follow-ups go between nine in the morning and eight at night in the lead's own local time, and Sundays are skipped rather than consumed.
  • The messages are not the same message. Each one has a reason to exist and refers to what came before.
  • If Beverly promised to check back after a date, Beverly checks back after that date.

The lead repliesStops, and works the live conversation instead.
The lead booksStops, and switches to the run up to the appointment.
The lead asks to stop, in any of the usual wordsStops immediately and records it against the person, not just the thread.
You mark them do not contactStops, and nothing can restart it by accident.
You take the conversation overStops, until you hand it back.
Nobody answers for a week after our last messageMarks them as gone quiet and stops, so you are not still texting into silence in month three. A later reply from them clears it.
Waking the dormant onesLeads who went quiet do not disappear. You can pull up who went quiet and when, and put a batch back into a re-engagement rhythm in one go. Re-enrolling somebody you already paid for does not cost another credit.

Three weeks of follow-up in ninety seconds

What a real sequence looks like end to end, including the reply that stops it. Planned length: 90 seconds. We would rather leave the space marked than fill it with something staged, so this is a slot and not a video yet.
