How it works / Campaigns

Campaigns you ran

The door hanger, postcard, sign or ad you already put out. Beverly learns what it promised, so the people who respond get the right greeting.

LiveWorking today on every Beverly account.

This is not a tool for sending marketing. It is a way of telling Beverly what you already sent, so the person holding your door hanger is not greeted with a generic hello. If your piece said free home valuation, Beverly opens on a free home valuation.

  1. Take a photo of the piece. The postcard, the door hanger, the sign, the ad. Or paste the link it points at.
  2. Beverly reads it. What it is and what it promised, filled in as a draft you can correct. The promise is the part that matters, and a campaign cannot exist without one.
  3. You answer the consent question. A campaign cannot go live until you have recorded where its audience came from. More on that below.
  4. It goes live. From then on, anyone who arrives through that piece is opened on the promise it made, once, in the first message rather than in every message.
Kinds of campaign Beverly understands
KindTypical use
Door hangerA neighbourhood you farm.
PostcardA mailing, a just sold, a market update.
SignA yard sign or a rider with a code on it.
AdAnything paid, online or in print.
QR codeA code on any of the above, generated for you.
EventAn open house, a seminar, a booth.
An email you sent yourselfA piece you sent through your own tool, recorded here so the responses get attributed.
Every campaign starts as a draftThere is no path in the product that creates a campaign already switched on. A draft claims no leads and sends nothing.
Walkthrough coming
Photographing a door hanger and watching it fill itself in

The setup is a photo and a check, not a form with fourteen fields. Planned length: 90 seconds. We would rather leave the space marked than fill it with something staged, so this is a slot and not a video yet.
