A real estate coach who has read the material, remembers your business, and is told to say so when a question is outside what it knows.
Coaching is the part of Beverly people use every day without being asked to. It is not a general purpose chatbot with a real estate hat on. Answers are pulled from a trained library of real coaching material, roughly ten thousand passages across a dozen separate bodies of work, and the passages that were used are what the answer is built on.
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Running the business | Strategy, lead generation, listings, buyers, teams, mindset, productivity, benchmarks. |
| What to actually say | Openers, cold calls, expired listings, for sale by owner, objection handlers, closes. |
| How to phrase anything | The mechanics of persuasive wording, from a body of work about exactly that. |
| Coaching method | How a good coach runs a session, asks questions and gets you to commit to something. |
| Contracts | How to read a form paragraph by paragraph, and what the blanks mean. |
| State rules and duties | Licence law, agency and disclosure duties, kept per state. |
| Inspections and appraisal | What findings mean and how valuation is actually done. |
| Operators talking | Interviews with people running real teams. |
Voice is not a gimmick here, it is how coaching gets used between appointments. Planned length: 2 minutes. We would rather leave the space marked than fill it with something staged, so this is a slot and not a video yet.
