Ask for a listing description or a week of social captions in a sentence, and get words back in the conversation. Nothing is posted anywhere.
Two pieces of writing eat an afternoon and nobody enjoys either. Beverly does both from a sentence, using what you actually said about the property rather than a template with the address dropped in.

Beverly writes it and posts nothingThis is the whole boundary of the feature and it is worth stating twice. The words land in your conversation and nowhere else. There is nothing connected behind it that could publish, schedule or post, and the answer says so every time rather than only when somebody asks. Copying it out is your job, which is the point.
Only your facts, never invented onesBeverly writes from what you said and refuses to fill in the rest. Ask for a description with four facts in it and you get those four facts made readable, not a paragraph about open space and new appliances that nobody mentioned. If you want a longer description, give it more to work with.
Fair housing is checked afterwards, not just asked forA listing description is an advertisement for a dwelling, and the licence on it is yours. So after the words are written they are read again, and any sentence carrying one of the phrases that get agents into trouble is removed whole rather than edited into nonsense.
