Tell Beverly how new leads should be split across your team, in your own words, and that is how they are split.
A team with one number and one Beverly has one problem: every new lead pings everybody's phone at once, and nobody owns it. There is no settings screen for this. You tell Beverly how you want it, the way you would tell a person, and Beverly sets it up and reads it back to you.
Things you can say
- All seller leads go to Dana.
- New leads round robin across the team.
- Randomise them.
- Every lead from Zillow goes to Mike.
- Anything that comes in after hours goes to Dana.
- Weekend leads go to Mike.
- Rentals round robin between Dana and Mike.
- Seller leads from Zillow after hours go to Mike, and everything else round robin.
You can combine them, and you can say several in one go. Beverly checks them in the order you said them and uses the first one that fits, so put the specific ones first. Anything no rule claims goes to everyone, exactly as it does today. Ask who gets new leads at any time and Beverly reads the whole arrangement back, including the words you used to set it.
What routing actually doesThe lead is assigned to that person, so it lands in their list the same way it would if you had assigned it by hand, and the notification goes to their phone instead of the whole team's.
What it does not do yetIt decides the alert when a lead first arrives, and it does not yet decide the later alerts about that lead, such as a new reply or a lead going quiet. Those still go to the whole team. Business hours means weekdays 8am to 6pm in your timezone, and that is fixed for now. Routing applies to new leads only, so nothing already in your list moves.
Things we cannot do yet, and will tell you soSending to whoever is least busy, routing by city or zip, routing by price, handing a lead on when the first person does not answer, routing by the language a lead speaks, splitting unevenly, and capping how many leads a person gets. Ask for any of them and Beverly says plainly that it is not built, changes nothing, and passes it to us.
Who can set it upThe person who runs the team, on the Max plan. Anyone else asking gets told to speak to the team owner, and nothing changes.
