What Beverly remembers about you

A screen listing everything Beverly has picked up about you and your business, with a forget button on each line.

Live, with limitsWorking today, with the limits named on this page. Live on the website and on the phone. Two limits are worth knowing before you rely on it: Beverly picks facts up from the coaching conversation rather than from every screen in the product, and what comes back to mind is the most recent rather than the most relevant to what you just asked.

An assistant you have to re-explain yourself to every week is a search box with manners. So Beverly keeps what you say about your business, shows you the whole list, and lets you take any line off it.

  • Everything Beverly has picked up, grouped by what kind of thing it is: your numbers, your goals, what you are struggling with, what you have won, what you committed to, how you like to work.
  • Each line says the day it was saved and how sure Beverly is about it.
  • A forget button on every line. Forgetting is real: the line stops being used and stops feeding the summary.
  • One short standing summary at the top, written from the rest, so a new conversation starts with the picture rather than the list.
  • You can hand Beverly something directly. Say remember that, and the rest of the sentence goes on the list.
You can see it and forget it, not rewrite itEvery line is visible and every line can be removed. What you cannot do is edit one into something else, and the summary at the top is not a box you type in, because it is worked out from the lines underneath. Forget the line and the summary changes with it on its own.
Where the facts come fromFrom talking to your coach, and from anything you hand over on purpose. A question answered by one of the parts of Beverly that reads your leads, your calendar or your reminders does not add to this list. So the list is a picture of your coaching conversations rather than a log of everything you did in the product.
What comes back to mind, and whenBeverly brings back the most recent things you said rather than searching the list for whatever fits the question in front of you. In practice that works well, because what you told Beverly last week is usually what matters. It does mean an old fact can sit below the line on a day when it would have been the useful one.
