How Get Beverly uses cookies, the choices you have, and how to exercise your privacy rights. Last updated October 2026.
These pages were written in English and translated so you can read them in your language. Where a translation and the English differ, the English is the version that applies.
We group cookies and similar technologies into two kinds:
When you first visit, you can Accept all or keep Essential only. You can change your mind anytime:
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to keep to essential cookies and to opt you out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, and we do not show the banner.
Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access or correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information for money. To exercise the opt-out of sharing, use or send the GPC signal. To exercise any other right, email us and we will respond within the timeframe your state law requires.
When you talk with Beverly as your coach, or answer the onboarding and coaching questionnaires, what you share is used for one purpose: so Beverly can coach you personally and remember where you are. It stays between you and Beverly, and the AI providers named below that process it for Beverly.
We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it with other members. Our team does not browse your coaching conversations; internal tools show completion status, not your answers, and any access beyond that is limited to what is required to operate or support the product. Beverly is a business coach, not a therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor. You can have your coaching data deleted at any time by deleting your account or emailing us, and deletion removes it from Beverly's memory.
Beverly runs on artificial intelligence models operated by other companies, which process information for us so that Beverly can work. When you use Beverly, these are sent to them: the messages you send Beverly, the documents and photos you upload (such as contracts and inspection reports, with the names, addresses and prices in them), call recordings and their transcripts, and your leads' contact details and the messages you exchange with them.
Today those providers are Anthropic, whose Claude models read and write for Beverly; ElevenLabs, which gives Beverly a voice and turns speech and call recordings into text; and TypeSafe, which reads the text of your chat messages to work out what you are asking for. Text messages to your leads are delivered through Twilio. OpenAI searches Beverly's library for passages that fit your question, so the text of your questions goes to OpenAI too. If we turn on OpenAI as a backup writer, the same kinds of information go to OpenAI. We never sell this information.
You can remove what Beverly holds about you at any time. getbeverly.ai/data-deletion
